Frequently asked questions
Are files uploaded to Magic3D?
Files selected on this page are parsed and processed in your browser. Platform previews are read from their existing preview address. No AI generation is triggered by opening a model.
Does this use credits or require an account?
Local viewing, conversion and estimates use no Magic3D AI credits and need no account. AI model generation remains a separate service.
Which files should I select?
This task accepts GLB, GLTF. When a file references separate BIN buffers, MTL materials or texture images, select all of them together. Total selected size is limited to 100 MB.
What are the limitations?
This task workspace supplements the existing model viewer.
