Content and conduct rules for using Magic 3D, including reporting and enforcement procedures.
2026/11/01
Effective date: November 1, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all prompts, uploads, generated results, and other uses of Magic 3D. It supplements and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to text, images, audio, video, 3D models, and other content, whether uploaded, generated, or shared. You must follow this Policy and applicable law.
You may not use Magic 3D to create, request, upload, transform, store, or distribute content that:
You may upload a photograph, video, or voice recording depicting or identifying a real person only if it is your own material or you have obtained that person's prior permission and all other rights required for the intended use. You must not upload another person's image or voice without consent. By uploading such material, you confirm that you have the required rights and permissions and that the material and intended use comply with this Policy and applicable law. You must never use a minor's likeness in a sexualized, exploitative, or harmful way. We may ask you to provide evidence of authorization or remove the material.
Use our dedicated content report form, or email [email protected] with the subject "Content Report". Include the relevant content URL or generation task ID, your account email if applicable, screenshots or other identifying details, and a short description. Do not send intimate images of minors; identify the relevant location instead.
We will acknowledge reports within 2 business days and aim to complete an initial review within 5 business days after receiving enough information. We may act sooner for urgent safety concerns. If additional investigation is needed, we will tell the reporter when reasonably possible.
We use automated tools and human review where appropriate to assess prompts, uploads, generated previews, and resulting 3D assets. We may reject inputs, stop generation, remove or restrict outputs, disable downloads or sharing, limit features, suspend accounts, or terminate access. We may preserve relevant records and report conduct to authorities or service providers when required by law or necessary to address serious harm. We consider the severity, context, and history of violations. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account termination. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact us about an enforcement decision.
Questions or appeals may be sent to [email protected] with the subject "Content Policy". We may update this Policy from time to time and will update the effective date above when we do.
