Frequently asked questions
Are files uploaded to Magic3D?
Files selected on this page are parsed and processed in your browser. Platform previews are read from their existing preview address. No AI generation is triggered by opening a model.
Does this use credits or require an account?
Local viewing, conversion and estimates use no Magic3D AI credits and need no account. AI model generation remains a separate service.
Which files should I select?
This task accepts 3MF. When a file references separate BIN buffers, MTL materials or texture images, select all of them together. Total selected size is limited to 100 MB.
What are the limitations?
Standard mesh-based 3MF materials are supported. Proprietary slicer paint assignments and printer settings may not be displayed.
